The Nest Residence is a fine quality family residence located off the bustling Jalan Puchong. The developer approached YONGL to capture the visuals for the entire building as well as the area to be entered into various property awards and competitions.

YONGL won the proposal pitch after 3 meetings, scouted the area, checked the weather forecast, and drafted a plan for the execution with his team. He used 2 weeks’ time to completely cover all areas of the newly built apartment with his team and delivered the project visuals within the deadline. In 2020, the whole project won an international property award in the UK.
